FAQs

  • Turnaround Times
    Items are handmade to order and current turnaround times are approximately 4 weeks, but on occasion things may take longer. If you need items sooner please get in touch before ordering.
  • UK Delivery
    Delivery costs £3.30 and items are posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Free UK Delivery on orders over £100
  • International Delivery
    International orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked International, with an expected time of 5-7 days. Cost varies by country and is calculated at checkout. If we do not have a postage option for your country please get in touch.
  • Fabric
    The fabric used in Genie Pole Wear is an eco friendly, regenerated nylon utilising waste from landfills and oceans around the world. The solid fabrics are suncream and oil resistant, ultrachlorine resistant and offers UV protection.
  • Returns
    If you would like to return or exchange an item please get in touch and dispatch the return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition for a return to be accepted.
  • How shall I wash my items?
    Items should be handwashed or machine washed on a cool setting. Items should not be tumble dried.
  • Can I swim in my items?
    Genie Undressed: Cobalt Blue, Spicy Red, Black and Forest items all come with swim safe elastic as standard. I recommend avoiding chlorine for any holographic fabrics, if you would like to wear your holo items in the pool make sure to rinse them straight away. Genie Polewear: Items do not come as swim safe as standard, if you would like swim elastic please select the swim option when purchasing.
  • What size should I buy?
    Size guides are available on product pages. We are working on a more detailed fit guide, including a trans fit guide, but in the meantime if you have any questions regarding fit please get in touch. As a small handmade to order business we are able to make fit adjustments to most items, so please get in touch if you have any specific concerns.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
