Garters add that little something extra to any outfit. You can buy these as a single or in a pair. This second version is an update on our original garters, each one is two narrow garters attached together for a two layer look.
 
The garter needs to be adjusted to smaller than your thigh circumference in order to stay in place, measurements refer to the size it will fit, not the garter itself.
